Regenerative Type of Test Benches for Electrical Machines
Visor technologiesis highly experienced in the establishment of regenerative type of test bed facility for testing (Large Capacity upto 1 MW) electrical machines. We design, develop and establish complete end-to-end test facilities for back-back testing of electrical machines. Required Automation platform, Operator Desk, Power Electronic systems, Sensor, etc. with customize application specific load-torque characteristics. Following activities are carried out:
- System design and control software as per the attached scheme/topology.
- Modelling & Simulation studies of complete Back-to-Back Induction Motor testing system with required control algorithms.
- Process for Start/Run/Stop Sequencing.
- Identification and implementation of required operational Protections and their details.
- Specifications for all the Component (Bill of Materials) in the Back-to-Back Induction Motor testing.
- Generation of application specific load torque characteristic
- Integration and testing of all components of Test bed.
